By making this contribution, you certify that you are at least 18 years old, a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (green card holder), this contribution is made from your own funds or on your personal credit card, and funds are not being provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution. Federal law prohibits contributions from federal contractors and foreign nationals, except lawfully admitted permanent residents of the U.S.

Contributions are not tax deductible for income tax purposes.
